From the living room, you can access the balcony, which is equipped with a table and chairs. You can also enjoy a cigarette here, as smoking is permitted on the balcony. Entertainment is provided by a modern 42″ Smart TV with a high-quality sound system, including Dolby Atmos and a powerful subwoofer—perfect for movie nights or music enjoyment. Additionally, you have access to high-speed internet with an impressive 900/900 Mbps connection, as well as free internet access.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and spacious wardrobes, offering ample storage space and ensuring order and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking: a modern induction stove, an oven that can also be used as a microwave and steamer, and a dishwasher. All necessary cooking utensils and tableware are also provided.
In the elegant bathroom, you will find a spacious shower, a toilet, and a hairdryer, ensuring you feel completely at ease. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, which, in combination with an air source heat pump, provides environmentally friendly heating and hot water. Additionally, electricity is generated by a photovoltaic system on the roof.
The building was completed in 2024 and boasts top energy efficiency and an excellent CO2 balance. The entire building, including all apartments and house systems, is controlled by Loxone smart home technology. This allows for intuitive and efficient control of lighting, heating, air conditioning, and more, all conveniently managed via app or automation.
Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are changed weekly at no additional charge. For extra convenience, room service is available on request for an additional fee. Our friendly Ukrainian house manager, who lives in the building, is available at any time to assist with questions or support.

It’s just 2 U-Bahn (subway) stations to the main train station with the U1 line, and only 5 stations to Stephansplatz (Vienna city center).
From Vienna-Schwechat Airport by airport taxi: The fastest and most convenient option is an airport taxi. The ride takes about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.
By train (ÖBB) via the main train station: Take the ÖBB train from Vienna Airport to Vienna Main Train Station. From there, you can either take a taxi or use public transport (U1) to Reumannplatz. RockApart is about 350 meters from Reumannplatz.
Distance to U1 Reumannplatz: The nearest subway station is Reumannplatz on the U1 line, about 350 meters from RockApart. It’s a 5-minute walk.
Tram from Westbahnhof to Reumannplatz: From Westbahnhof, take tram line 6 directly to Reumannplatz. The journey takes about 25 minutes.
Underground parking in Waldgasse: For guests arriving by car, there is a convenient underground parking facility in Waldgasse (Best in Parking), just 350 meters from RockApart. The cost is only €9.90 per day, with affordable weekly and monthly rates also available.
